- Senior HR Manager
Job Responsibilities:
- Senior HR Manager will focus on building a solid foundation in activities and procedures related to HR concepts like Talent Acquisition, Competence Development, Dynamic Workforce, Leadership, Total Reward System, Diversity & Inclusion.
- Proactively integrate the HR processes to be aligned with the Nippon Group with the best practice, implement, and maintain policies, processes, and tools.
- Coordinate and collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure that HR activities support business strategy.
- Ensure that the foundational “building blocks” of HR are well established, known, and understood in the organization., leadership tools, competence development.
- Building a strong work culture
- Anchoring HR & OD processes of performance management, engagement and culture survey, and people development.
- Organization development initiatives/interventions like Employee Engagement, competency building, and Team building
Job Requirements:
ADVERTISEMENT
- Master/Degree in HRM or related fields.
- At least 8 to 10 years of working experience as a HR Manager and managing teams efficiently.
- Prior experience in the corporate HR role of any large manufacturing company will be preferred and also handling the manufacturing plant HR team will be added advantage.
- Must be able to communicate, read, and write in English.
- Strong knowledge of HR systems and Databases.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to adapt to changes quickly.
- Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
- Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Competent to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships with all levels of the company.
- Possess strong analytical skills to identify the source of an issue and resolve all kinds of issues Well-versed Employment Act and HR best practices.
