- SUPERVISOR PRODUKSI
Deskripsi Pekerjaan:
- Melaksanakan kegiatan produksi berdasarkan rencana produksi yang telah ditetapkan
- Mengecek dan memeriksa seluruh proses tiap line dan memastikan proses produksi sesuai dengan SOP
- Memastikan prosedur dan intruksi kerja berjalan di bagian unit kerjanya
- Memastikan kelengkapan dan peralatan produksi yang digunakan tersedia dan siap untuk dipergunakan dalam bekerja
- Membantu manager produksi dalam mengontrol Quantity, Delivery dan Quality produk yang diproses
- Memeriksa utility yang dibutuhkan dalam proses produksi
- Mengontrol produk Reject dan penanganannya.
- Memberikan arahan bagi fungsi dibawahnya dalam rangka meningkatkan kinerja Sistem Manajemen Mutu dan Lingkungan.
- Mengajarkan kepada operator apabila dilakukan perubahan terhadap instruksi kerja atau SOP yang baru.
- Membuat laporan harian dari setiap proses produksi.
- Memeriksa mesin-mesin serta sarana produksi lainnya sebelum proses produksi dimulai dan melaporkan keapda Asisten Manager IU.
- Mengawasi operator dalam menyiapkan bahan baku yang akan dipakai produksi saat itu berdasarkan formula yang diturunkan.
- Menyelesaikan permasalahan kerja operator, apabila terdapat kesulitan maka akan diteruskan ke Asisten Manager
Kualifikasi:

- Pendidikan minimal S1 Teknik Industri/Teknik Kimia/Kimia
- Pengalaman minimal 2 tahun sebagai Supervisor Produksi / Foreman
- Mampu mengoperasikan MS.Office dengan baik
- Memiliki kemampuan leadership yang baik dan mampu melakukan fungsi pengawasan dan mengontrol orang lain
- Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi dan interpersonal yang baik
- Tidak buta warna
- Cepat dan tanggap dalam mengantisipasi masalah di lapangan.

Perfect Candidate:
- Bachelor’s Degree with minimum 3.2/4 or 8/10 GPA (with supporting documents) from reputable university
- 0 – 1 – year work experience
- Fluency in English & Bahasa
- A proven active involvement in co-curriculum activities
- Critical thinking & good student attitude (ability & willingness to ask and learn)
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills
- Ready to start journey on August 2023
- You will also need to be flexible about where you are based during your time on the scheme as your rotations could be based at different Industrial business units

Job Responsibilities:
- Primary role of the selected candidate is to cover the major Group IT software development projects, serving countries spanning across Asia Pacific region.
- Design, build, test, implement and maintain Web Based Application
- Provide maintenance support to existing web application by investigating and rectifying system shortcomings
- Perform system integration with third-party services.
- Gather and refine specifications and requirements based on technical needs
- Complete the assigned tasks on time and with high quality
- Work cross functionally with various teams & people of different skillsets
- Able to work independently as well as in a team and have self-initiative.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of development experience on Web Based Application with both Server & Client-side technologies.
- Required skills: C#, MSSQL, HTML5, JavaScript, jQuery, CSS3
- Preferred skills: .NET Core, .NET Framework, RESTful Web API
- Experienced in Microsoft SharePoint is an added advantage.
- Knowledge and experience in Object Oriented Design methodology and Module Design Pattern.
- Knowledge and experience in MSSQL Database & CRUD Query Design.
- Experience in full SDLC cycle with actual project implementation.
- Experience with IIS Deployment for Web Based Application and .NET Web API
- Proficient in English (both speaking & writing)
- Able to work independently as well as in a team and have self-initiative.
- Candidate will be base in Jakarta, but might be asked to travel around the region for project(s).
